To All Residents:

The City of Casa has obtained funding to resurface most of the streets within the city limits and extending to just outside of the city limits.   The State Highway Department has informed us that several areas need tree trimming before they can begin work late this spring and early summer on the resurfacing project. 

This letter is to inform you that the City has contracted with a tree trimming service to trim back trees that will be in interference with the resurfacing project.   The service will be responsible for the clean up of any debris caused by the trimming.  Most of these trees are on private property hanging over into the right-of-way or into the street.   We wanted to notify you of our intentions to trim these trees at city cost and to let you know we will be responsible for the clean-up as well.
